Remembrance day 2015

buspoppy11 November, is an important day for many of our customers.  It is a day many remember husbands and fathers who served, and often died, fighting in the world wars.  Sadly, conflict is not a thing of the past and increasingly we have customers who have sons and daughters now serving around the world.  To remember all who have served the VEST Community Transport buses will be wearing their poppies with pride.

Caroline talked to one of our customers, Winnie Andrews, about her husband’s experiences in the war.  Read about Fred’s story here.  On 11 November we remember Fred, his colleagues and all those who have fought and died in conflict around the world.
